Claire Noyce, Managing Partner
Claire, Hybridan’s founding partner and CEO, was previously at Nomura where she headed up the UK Small Cap and Life Sciences Sales and Trading team. At Nomura Claire sold equities to UK and Continental European investors. The team was broker and Nomad to around 20 corporate clients. Prior to joining Nomura, Claire was an equity analyst specialising in Pharmaceuticals at Lazard, where she worked on a number of IPOs. Initially Claire worked as an analyst and consultant at Datamonitor. Claire is fluent in French and German.
Deepak Reddy, Analyst
Deepak graduated from the University of Birmingham with an Economics degree and from Cambridge with a master's degree in Finance. Prior to joining Hybridan, Deepak worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided a range of financial services to Insurance and Investment Management clients.

Sanjay Jha, Equity Research
Sanjay is an experienced sell-side investment analyst, who has worked with companies in a wide range of sectors including Industrials, Metals, TMT, Healthcare and Lifesciences and Renewables. Prior to joining the City, Sanjay worked with a leading metals and mining consultancy. Over the years, Sanjay has developed strong relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients, having worked with a variety of brokers including Williams de Broe, Durlacher, Altium and Societe Generale.

William Lynne, Corporate Broking
William Lynne's sell-side experience of working for brokers and investment banks includes Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, Credit Lyonnais and Nomura. During this time he has been involved in the sales or sales-trading of equity and equity related products; including the creation and distribution of collective funds and structured products and placement of primary and secondary equity deals. His clients have ranged from long only institutional investors to hedge funds. His geographic specialisations have included UK, Europe, Japan and Emerging Markets.

Arild Eide, Director
Arild has an established reputation in investment management and is well placed to understand institutional and high net worth investors seeking small cap opportunities. Arild has experience in security analysis, institutional fund management and portfolio strategy at Morgan Stanley Quilter, Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Asset Management and Alfred Berg and most recently was a Senior Fund Manager at RAB Capital for 4 years. Arild is a CFA charterholder. He is a generalist, but has a specific interest in technology, life sciences and resources.
Ken Ford and Alan Barber are also Partners in Hybridan.
